Dear colleagues, 

On behalf of Biocard Logistics, LLC we would like to express our sincere gratitude for the timely return of our cargo from the flight SU1006 to Kaliningrad on 22/10/2024. Your professionalism and efficiency in this situation helped us to avoid delays in the delivery of medicines under a state contract, intended for the children's regional hospital — they are necessary for the treatment of children's respiratory system!

We want to express our special gratitude to the following Moscow Cargo departments:

• Operations Analysis Department;
• Terminal Handling Department.

Without your well-coordinated work and quick reaction, we might not have returned the cargo back to Moscow due to the lack of necessary documents for export.  Thanks for your support!
