The team of the State Autonomous Culture Organization “Vladimir Mashkov Puppet Theater” expresses its gratitude and deep appreciation to Moscow Cargo terminal staff and personally to Mikhail Kirillov - Head of Customer Support Department, for prompt assistance in expediting of cargo handling (decorations for the performance was delivered to participation in the Tavrida Festival.Art" in Crimea) at Sheremetyevo airport upon collection.

Due to the delay of the Aeroflot flight SU 1459 Novokuznetsk-Moscow (SVO) at 3 p.m. on 07/24/2024, the performance of the theater team at the festival was in jeopardy.

Thanks to the prompt coordination of airfreight terminal's team, taking into account the necessary technological operations, the cargo (AWB 555-0460 0584) was ready for delivery within 3 hours after the flight arrival. 

Novokuznetsk Puppet Theater hopes for further fruitful cooperation and is confident in the strength of the partnership between our companies.
