Get information about the readiness of cargo for collection

Have your car parking pass issued
You can have a car parking pass issued:
* Registration in Personal Account takes place automatically when you fill out a registration form.
Leave your car in the guest parking
On arrival, leave your car in one of the Moscow Cargo guest parking areas outside the cargo terminal:
P1 – cars, mid-sized trucks
P2 – heavy duty vehicles
Р4 – cars
Parking is free for customers who collect cargo at Moscow Cargo, LLC.
To leave the parking area, please go through the registration for cargo collection and annulment of parking charges procedure.
Make sure to keep the parking ticket!
Issuing of a personal pass to the terminal area
Please contact the Pass Office to apply for a personal pass to the terminal *
* You should carry an ID and a vehicle licence with you.
Contact a client area specialist for receiving documents
Receive the following documents at the client area (2nd floor of the cargo terminal)
- Original air waybill
- Cargo documents
To receive documents, prepare the following information and documents in advance:
- Air waybill number
- Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) of the service payer
- Vehicle plate number ready for loading
- Original identification document
- Original power of attorney to receive the cargo/documents (for the representative of the consignee)
When using long-term powers of attorney, before a service call, you must contact counters 28-29 for a single registration of the power of attorney in the database of Moscow Cargo LLC or send a document signed with a digital signature by e-mail: DOCUMENT_EDS@moscow-cargo.com
Contact the customs authorities if the delivered cargo requires customs clearence
Customs released cargo notification will be received by Moscow Cargo, LLC in electronic format through the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation.
In the absence of such notice the original Customs declaration will be required for the cargo release.
Methods of payment for Moscow Cargo Services
Receive and pay the bill for Moscow Cargo services.
Methods of payment: credit card, cash, ATM card.

In case of payment for services by persons other than the recipient under the air waybill, it is necessary to have the original letter of instruction authorizing the use of the payer's funds for services rendered to the recipient under the air waybill, or a power of attorney (for the individual) to dispose of the funds of the payer's company.

ISSUE A SHIPMENT RELEASE FORM
Please get the shipment release form from the clients area specialist.
Be sure to notify a Moscow Cargo specialist about the quantity and license plate numbers of vehicles arriving to collect the cargo.
REGISTER IN AN E-QUEUE
Make your way to the car parking or inform the driver who is waiting there about the readiness of the cargo for release and the need to register in the E-queue system.
Please register in the E-queue system by yourself or with the driver’s help through the E-queue registration desks installed in the client's hall and in the car parking areas P1, P2, P4.
Wait for your transport vehicle to be called to the appointed gate on the electronic information board or by SMS *

GO TO THE CHECK POINT FOR SECURITY SCREENING
After a call, please go to the check point (entrance to the terminal) for security screening.
After completion of the registration, please reset the cost of car parking by selecting the “CARGO COLLECTION” – “RESET THE COST OF CAR PARKING”, and scan the bar code on the parking ticket in order to exit the car parking.
GO TO THE APPOINTED GATE AND COLLECT CARGO
Go to the appointed gate and collect cargo*
We draw your attention, that unclaimed cargo will be placed in paid custody in case of non-collection of cargo within 3 hours from the moment of calling your vehicle at the gate.
* As appropriate, loading services can be provided by Moscow Cargo employees (charged option).
COLLECT CARGO without using a transport vehicle
If you collect cargo without a transport vehicle, after documenting process please go to the cargo release area.
