Have a pass authorised to gain acces to the terminal territory
You can have a pass issued*:
- through your Personal Account at www.moscow-cargo.com
- from the access control office at the entrance to the terminal area
During the period of issuing a pass or processing of other services you may park your car at one of the visitor parking areas at Moscow Cargo outside the terminal territory.

To exit from the parking area, follow 'Registration for cargo delivery and annulment of the parking cost '.
Parking is free for clients who dispatch cargo to Moscow Cargo, LLC.
* To obtain a pass you will need an ID document (RF passport or temporary ID of the citizen of RF, foreign citizen's passport, refugee ID, serviceman ID); for transport vehicle – a registration certificate.
Go to the check point for security screening
The system will automatically register you in the electronic queue and appoint a free counter.
The license plate number of your transport vehicle and the number of appointed gate will be displayed on the information board located on the terminal façade and repeated by SMS to the telephone number indicated by you.
If no gate is appointed proceed to the assembly site in the terminal territory (parking Р3), and await call to the gate on the electronic information board and by SMS.
Move to the appointed gate to check-in cargo, after the information board has displayed the call
- Hand in a filled-in «Cargo acceptance form and declaration of safety»to the Moscow Cargo staff member
- Produce power of attorney for the right to check-in cargo issued by the consignor company
- Unload the cargo from the transport vehicle and place it on green warehouse pallets located in technological area of cargo delivery*
*As appropriate, unloading services can be provided by Moscow Cargo employees (charged option).
Once cargo unloading is finished vacate the gate and leave the terminal area
If you need to finalise documentary formalities in the client hall you should vacate the counter and remove your transport vehicle into the short-term parking area P5.
You may not exceed 30 minutes in the parking area Р5. After 30 minutes time period you must leave the terminal area.
Self-delivery of cargo (without using a transport vehicle)
- Go to the access control office to receive a pass and get access to the terminal area.
- Move to the lounge at terminal entrance № 3, which is equipped with a telephone.
- Contact a Moscow Cargo specialist at 4018 to arrange for cargo acceptance for transportation.
Please be reminded of consignor responsibility for the provision of reliable and sufficient data and documents for the cargo. Plus, you are obliged to provide proper packing and timely deliver the cargo for transportation. Please take into consideration the time required for its handling, pre-flight formalities, and the requirements related to border, customs, sanitary and quarantine, veterinary, and quarantine-phytosanitary control procedures. Cargo is accepted from the consignor within these time restraints.
