E-MAILING DOCUMENT COPIES TO CONSIGNEE 

Moscow Cargo provides services for sending an electronic freight documents to a consignee’s E-mail address.

The service can be ordered by a request e-mailed to ssopp@moscow-cargo.com.

A copy of power of attorney for documents receipt must be attached to the request.

E-MAIL NOTICE OF CARGO ARRIVAL

Moscow Cargo provides services for informing consignee by E-mail about cargo arriving to his/her address.

You should contact Moscow Cargo clients area staff with the original letter (sample attached) to receive the service.

Please note that from the moment your request is accepted, information about the cargo will be provided to the E-mail addresses indicated in request only.

We draw your attention, that since the acceptance of your request cargo information will be provided to the E-mail address indicated in the request.

CARGO RELEASE COORDINATION

The service includes:

• assistance and support in cargo collecting;
• sending scanned images of documents for cargo to the customer;
• preparation of documents for the cargo release, including cost calculations;
• ordering the transportation of cargo for loading by the appointed time;
• organization of cargo loading into the vehicle.

The service is provided for the arrived cargo, on the basis of a written application of the client, sent by e-mail
