Moscow Cargo has a full package of international and Russian certificates and licenses for ground handling of cargo and mail.
Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) developed the international freight security requirements (FSR) and trucks safety requirements (TSR) which are aimed at security during transportation and storage the TAPA members in all countries of the world. The standards define the minimum acceptable requirements for the safety of transported goods in supply chain and methods, recommended for requirement implementation of these standards. Since 2014, Moscow Cargo LLC is a rightful holder of the TAPA FSR certificate
IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) - IATA ground handling safety audit. One of the objectives of such an audit is to improve operational safety. The audit for compliance with ISAGO standards was carried out by independent and specially trained qualified auditors.
A license for postal services provision is a permission to carry out a set of operations that make up a single production and technological process for the provision of postal services, including the acceptance, processing, transportation and delivery (handing) of postal shipments, as well as transportation of the employees accompanying postal items.
The Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostekhnadzor) is a federal executive body responsible for the development and implementation of state policy and legal regulation in the established field of activity, as well as in the field of technological and nuclear supervision, functions of control and supervision in the field of safe conduct of work related to the use of subsoil, industrial safety, safety in the use of atomic energy, safety of electrical and thermal installations and networks, safety of hydraulic structures, safety of production, storage and use of industrial explosive materials, as well as special functions in the field of state security in this area.

The Certificate of Compliance with Airport Activities certifies that Moscow Cargo LLC provides services for mail and cargo, including dangerous goods, for domestic and international air transportation at Sheremetyevo Airport in full compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents in the field of civil aviation.
The certificate of entry in the IGOM register confirms that Moscow Cargo LLC strictly abides by IATA instructions when performing aircraft ground handling operations.
