Dear Colleagues,

I remember sending a car to China on a regular flight, while still in the commercial department of Volga-Dnepr Airlines,  Even then, in 2017, the level of service and customer support of Moscow Cargo were excellent. This level of quality is still maintained. Most of all I liked the speed and efficiency of problem solving both in planning and also in organization of transportation. Moscow Cargo employees were very responsible in their work.

In turn, we would like to express our gratitude and thank the Customer Suport Department for their responsiveness, client orientation and focus on results!
